This is a cavity limestone suspended slab construction, built to exacting standards, with recycled bridge timbers used as posts and lintels and termite resistant grade I hardwoods used throughout including the trusses.
The wall lights were cut into limestone blocks while the two sided fireplace features a limestone surround. Warm air is ducted to six rooms. A beautiful slumped glass shower was installed in the main bathroom.
Outbuildings include the stables with a hardwood frame and cypress weatherboard cladding supported on a limestone base and the boatshed which is finished in cypress weatherboard cladding on a hardwood frame.
