Cliff Road

This iconic beach house is half restoration half renovation. Keeping a vernacular architecture at the same time adding spice by introducing a steel balustrade to the curved staircase and balcony. A butterfly roof over the balcony, carport and adding a new kitchen, bathroom and ensuite have brought this building back into the 21st century. The result is a harmonious conversation between existing & contemporary creating a tasteful retro feel.
